Long time no write :)

Well well well long time no write. I was busy a couple days ago so lets see here... Lets start with Friday shall we... (PS. I will do a couple of posts here and tonight I will do more posts)

Today I got up and got dressed into warm clothes because it is cold. I had some beef bacon with some eggs on toast. I did lots of schoolwork because our little babies are coming. We are foster parents and we get little baby`s every other weekend for the other foster parents to get a nice break.





One is 7 months old and the other just turned 3. We had them since the month old baby was 2 months old! I always take care of them because I love them so dearly. My Mom doesn't have to worry about a thing, besides doing the night shift. When I was done schoolwork I had to kill time till 4:00 ( because the babies are coming) so I played my Sims on the Nintendo DS.


Finally it was 4:00 and then I was waiting for those babies to come. When they arrived I went outside and grabbed the diaper bag from their foster mom so that she can carry the baby. Mom and the other foster parent chatted for a bit while I got the diaper bag and got the baby food out and put it in the cabinet and the diapers in the bathroom. We like to use our clothes on the babies because we don't really want to lose any clothes of theirs.


I took care of both of them and when it came to supper I fed them and then I got them ready for bed. I tucked them both in bed and the 3 year old babie said night night sissy I love you. After I got them to bed I watched a movie and went to bed.


Saturday:


Today I got up and got dressed. Before I had breakfast I went into the baby room and got the baby ( the 7 month old) before it started waking up Mom and the otherbaby. I fed him the baby food and he is one messy eater I tell you, if I spill one smidge on the tray he grabs his hand and messes it up everywhere. And sometimes I even forget to put a bib on him but this time I did remember (thank goodness). I changed the babies bums because they were wet so after that I got them changed to their everyday clothes. Tyrell ( my youngest brother) went and babysat the 3 year old and Emerson the 5 year old soon to be 6.




The 7 month old baby was so tired he didn`t want to be put to bed so I made a bottle and fed him and rocked him. It took so long to put him to sleep it basically took me an hour. When I got him asleep I went on to my computer, and made a fire to have some quiet time for myself. When he woke up I changed his Diaper... I just pretty much babysat... I would like to have a job as a babysitter. Mom said I am taking the babysitting course through her and she is teaching me everything there is to know about babysitting. ITS FRIDAY

I haven't writing for a long time so lets start with Wednesday... Today I got up at 6:00am and woke up my friend, Alise. She set the alarm for 6:00 and I turned it off. We played the Sims and I got all packed up. We had some breakfast and then we went to wake up Alise's mom. We played on the Sims for a bit and then we went to the car and got ready to go to the Bag Sale. We were a bit late because we were behind a guy who was going 60 and his lights weren't on because he was having trouble with his lights. We went to the Salvation army ( bag sale is at the salvation army and you get a bag for 5.00 and you fill it)

Mom was at the bag sale also so she dropped me off at Piano. The piano teacher made me play this part that you have to stretch your hands so much it hurts, I have trouble playing it because you have it fast and you also have to pound it. She wanted me to play it 10 times each day. We went on to another song that it is Beethoven that I was talking about last time. It is hard because you have to make it blend in and you also have to play it staccato. We went shopping for along time and I went to sewing. I am almost done my apron that I am making for my sister Megan.

We went home and we made some wraps and some pizza. I had some wraps and it is really good. Dad and Tyrell went to Edmonton to pick up some Golden Retriever puppies. They got home at around 6:30 and the puppies were so cute. I cleaned my room and went to bed.

Today I got up and I had some eggs on toast with some beef bacon that we get from the butcher block. I did lots of schoolwork and practiced my piano. I did my song that I had to play 10 times and my fingers really hurt afterwards. We are going to butcher our cow tonight so we got ready.We put some plastic on the floor and our table and we put our meat on the plastic on the table. The reason why we are going to butcher our cow tonight is because my brother Darcy is working and plus he went to college to be a meat cutter. And the other reason is because we have to let the meat un thaw.

I played on the Nintendo DS for a long time to kill time. I made some lunch and it was really good. I went on my computer for a bit and then we were talking to Granny on SKYPE. Dad got back from town and he bought a meat grinder and some groceries. Dad got the meat grinder out of its package and it turned out it was damaged so he went to town again to replace the meat grinder for another meat grinder that isn`t damaged. When he got home he got to saw`s that are regularly price 20.00 each other but they were on sale for 7.00 each. The cashier sold Dad 2 saw`s for 7.00 for the inconvenience.

When Darcy got home we were butchering the cow. It was really fun. We made lots of Hamburger and Darcy made some nice looking meat. I was taping and putting the scraps in the garbage can. Putting the meat that is going to be for Hamburger in the meat grinder and sometimes working the meat grinder and writing on the meat packages. We finished at 10:30 including cleaning up. I was so tired that I went to bed immediately.

At My Friends:)

Since I never wrote yesterday I will write to-day. I didn't write yesterday because I am at my friends house. So lets start what I did yesterday.

Today I slept in and I got dressed. I had some cereal (surprise no egg on toast!) and got right now my schoolwork. When I started my schoolwork it was around 10:30. I did a bit of English and I had to start a fire in the front room. Alise ( my bff) was on MSN and was talking to me. Mom heard the noise and she told me to do my schoolwork and you can talk to Alise later. Alise was asking me if I can come for a sleepover. I asked Mom and she said go ask your Dad. I asked my Dad and he said go ask my Mom because he said "I Don't care" I asked mom again and she said yes. I told Alise that I could come and she said" bring your schoolwork".


I packed all my stuff and got ready to go. When I was all packed up and was waiting for my brother Wes to pick me up and drop me off at his place and I can play with Alise. I was doing my oldest sisters (she has to be my oldest sister because Megan and I are the only daughters) hair and Mom was telling us girls how her Moms Mom used to do her hair. It was a bubble beehive. Mom was demonstrating on Megan's hair and mom had a phone call so I took over. Megan's hair is so thick I was half way done and I didn't want to finish the normal beehive and plus I can guarantee you that we didn't have enough bobby pins. So the leftover hair I braided it and I wrapped the braid around her head and she said she liked so much. I am her hair dresser now.


Wes had arrived and I got ready to go. He carried my sleeping bag and I carried my bag of clothes and my computer bag. When I arrived I put my stuff in Alise's room. We went on our computers and we played the sims for awhile. We went for a break and we babysit my little niece Grace. Alise and I went and put a movie on for Grace and Debbie (Alise's Mom)asked us girls to go through the material and the stuff we don`t want she is going to give it to the Salvation Army. We had some supper and it was good pancakes and we went and we played more Sims and then we watched a funny movie. We didn't finish the movie because Debbie said it was bedtime. We shut off all the electronics. We were talking a lot and Alise did my hair and we hung upside down to grow our hair. Alise looked it up on her computer and that's another story. We went to bed.


Today I got up and I had some breakfast. It was some really good cereal.I got dressed and Alise and I went and did our schoolwork and that's all we did. We did some ss (social Studies) and I am going to do some English and we are going to be done and that's it.

Busy Day

Today was a busy day. I cleaned the whole kitchen and it took me about 4 and a half hours to have it all nice and shiny. I made some Carrot Loaf and that took me no time at all. I will give you the recipe below.I cleaned up my mess again and then I made some Marconi and cheese and that was good. I went on my computer for a while. I brought in some wood and some kindling to make a fire. Later on I made some chocolate cookies. It turned out that we were out of chocolate chips so I replaced chocolate chips to raisins. I made my self a little pizza and that was really good. When I had the cookies on a rack to cool off an hour later there is only 1 rack left. Darcy says that it was really good,Dad said it was good and then last but not least Mom said it was really good too. Like I said before I will post the recipe also down below.Well that's pretty much it. So ta ta for now

Carrot Loaf

Really Tasty and spicy:)

Cooking oil 1/2 cup

Eggs 2

Granulated sugar 1 cup

Finely grated carrots 1 cup

All purpose flour 1 1/2 (1 and a half)

Baking powder 2 tsp

Baking soda 1/2 tsp

Cinnamon 1 tsp

Nutmeg 3/4 tsp

Cloves 1/4 tsp

Ginger 1/4 tsp

Chopped walnuts 1/2 cup

In mixing bowl beat cooking oil,eggs and sugar together until blended.Stir in carrots

Combine all remaining ingredients in another bowl. Pour into carrot batter. Stir only to moisten. Turn into greased 9x5x3 inch (23x12x7cm) loaf pan. Bake 350 degree's. even for about 1 hour or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before removing from pan to cool on rack. Store in plastic bag. Yield: 1 loaf.

Chocolate chip cookies

Nonstick cooking spray

1 cup firmly packed light or dark brown sugar

3/4 cup trans fat free soft tub margarine spread

2 large egg whites

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 cups ( 12 ounces) chocolate chips

3/4 chopped walnuts (optional)

3/4 cup raisins (optional)

2 cups all purpose flour

1/2 cup old fashioned oats

teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1.preheat the oven to 350 degree's. Cot a baking sheet with coking spray.

2. Ina large mixing bow or the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the sugar and margarine with a wooden spoon or on medium speed until smooth. Beat in the egg whites and vanilla, then the chickpeas and chocolate chips. Add the flour oats,baking soda, and salt, and mix on low speed until a thick dough forms.

3. Drop the dough by the tablespoonful onto the baking sheet, spacing the cookies about 2 inches apart. Press gently with a fork to flatten. Bake until the cookies are golden and brown and just sent 11 to 13 minutes;do not over bake. Transfer to a rack to cool.

4. store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Resting Day

Today was our rest day (Saturday.I forgot to write yesterday so I am going to write today and going to write my blog about today tonight) and we don't do that much stuff besides reading,resting, eating, and watching movies. I watched Monarch Of The Glen and it is very very addicting. I was loosing my voice so I didn't talk that much (which is very very rare because when I have a sleepover at my friends house they say that I am always a chatter box). I went to the kitchen table waiting for our company coming. While I was waiting I looked at a cook book that I got from the Library yesterday and I showed my brother Darcy what is very good and he agreed with me. Darcy drank a bit of water and while I was looking though the cook book Darcy didn't swallow the drink instead he just spat it through his teeth on to me!!!! As I was mentioning that I lost my voice my scream sounded so weird and everybody told me to lower my pitch scream down. We had company and I played with Tyrell and Emerson. We opened up a garage sale and Dad and mom and Darcy came. We made 14.52 dollars. I packaged everything up with my vacuum sealer. Mom liked it very much. Jesse said that if I make some goodies he said he is going to pay me a lot. Tomorrow I will bake. That's pretty much it so ta ta.

Town Day:)

Okay today was town day. I got up and I had some egg on toast ( I seem to be having that alot lately) then I heard the news that we are going to town. I got ready for town and that didn't take me no time at all. We didn't take the car because Darcy (my older brother) took the car to work so we had to take the truck. I sat in the middle of mom and dad and the kids sat in the back. We got some fuel for the truck and went to the bank. We went grocery shopping and it turned out that I got to see my bff,Alise. (best friends forever, for those people who for don't know what that is) When our parents were talking Alise and I went to the coffee compartment and was spelling a lot of them. Some were good and some were when you take a deep breath you could pass out. There was one coffee bag that was completely hard and I went to spell it, it didn't work because I didn't have enough strength (oh yeah I forgot the coffee we were spelling the is a vacuum bag that when you squeeze it it lets out the coffee smell) so when I was about to put it back it poked me in my hand that's right it poked me because it was so hard and stiff the end of it got me in the hand. I said goodbye to her and I went and bought some more itchy band. We went home and we cleaned a lot and Tyrell and Emerson had some chores to do outside because they didn't want to clean in the house so they decided to do some outside work.I brought in a little bit of wood and then Tyrell said that he wanted to join our jobs together so we said yes. I brought in some more wood with Tyrell. We got some old bread and we brought it in the barn. We got in and I washed my hands and made a nice cozy fire. I washed my hands again and I made a nice salad (for the first time!!!) and I grated some cheese on the potato's and I also set the table and I got the salad dressing on the table. I was going to take a nice picture of the supper I kinda made and I also the table that was set. It was going to be a nice picture but Megan had the camera in her purse and she is down at the valley so to bad. We enjoyed the supper and the boy's loved the salad. And that's about it besides sitting by the fire I made. Talk to you guys later...

One Of Those Days

Yes it is on of those days of being kinda lazy and watching a bit to much movies. Let me see what I did today besides being lazy. I slept in today and mom had to wake me up and I had some breakfast. I did some schoolwork and talked to Alise. I watched The Waltons season 9. I want to finish the season tonight at some time. I watched some movies and then I went and had some supper which was my Itchy Band soup. It was so good. Oh and I forgot I had breaks between the movies. I brought in some wood and I made a nice hot fire. And that's about it. Ta Ta for now...

Long Day In Town

Hello Everybody welcome back.... Last night I made some Hamburgers for my brothers, they just got into the house after work. And they loved them. Anyways enough about last night go on about today well tonight. I woke up at 7 in the morning to go to town because my brother Darcy is working at Butcher Block and so Tyrell, Mom Megan, Emerson and I went into the car to go to town. We were all packed into the car and I am surprised it can hold 5 people! We dropped of Darcy at his work and we started our day in town. We went to the Dollar Store for a bit. I bought some hair stuff (nothing really exciting) and some flavored water. We also went to the Library but it was closed so we put our books in the slot and Megan dropped me off at piano lessons. My piano lessons went well and there is one song that is SO hard, its a Beethoven song (which I love) and I have to stretch my little hands so much and oh it hurts. Mom picked me up and dropped off Tyrell. We waited in the waiting room because we were going to go to the skating rink after the piano lessons were all done. We were walking well I should say running ( so was my mom!) to the skating rink and I was just going to start walking normally again but was a bit to late because right at the entrance I tripped and fell on the cement tiles and it hurt. My friends were there and I played with them for along time. When it was time to go we went to the Library again and we met up with the same friends and we talked too. It was so fun going to the Library and finding some movies and books for free. We said good-bye to all of them and we started our shopping time (yay!) I bought some headphones that are noise cancelling sound so I will enjoy that doing schoolwork at the table. I went to sewing as usual and I sat down at the table and I got my sewing bag that my all my stuff are in. Eileen (who is my sewing teacher) asked me where was my sidekick. What she meant to say was where was Alise. She is my Best Friend in the world, you can never ever imagine how fair,kind,pretty, and humerus's she can be sometimes. I am sewing an apron for my sister Megan. It is supposed to be for her birthday present but it is gonna be a late present then. I was talking to Jenna who is also a kid in the same sewing class as I am. When sewing was done we went and gone to Extra Foods. I bought some itchy band (which is bad for you and its good and I hardly ever buy it.). After a long day in town our last but not least errand we had to do was pick up Darcy from work. Pretty much before Butcher Block was closing I went in and waited for Darcy. When Darcy came and went into the car we were officially crammed into the car once and for all.I`ve heard of a close family but now this close. When we got home Mom put in the Pizza`s and I made some Itchy Band. After supper I went into the bathroom and I looked to see if I had a bruise on my leg and sure enough I had a big fat purple and blue bruise. It was not pleasant to have at all. Meg had rented season 9 of the Waltons so we were watching a few bit of some episodes and then I came into my room and did this blog of mine. That is pretty much it people. I will write tomorrow (that is if I forget or to busy) so ta ta for now.

First Entry

Hello there my name is Kaylee Dynna. My blog is going to be a daily journal that I write in everyday that is if I forget or to busy so you will have to bear with me sometimes. Okay lets see what I did today. I slept in today because I couldn't go to bed for a very long time last night. I had some eggs on toast for breakfast I had to eat very fast because I am home schooled with Ebus and I have a vclass. Vclass is a virtual class and your teacher goes online and teaches you stuff you need to learn. Anyways enough about that. I turned on my computer and got set up. I couldn't find the link for the class so I went and talked to my friend to help me. She sent me the link but when I clicked on it, it wouldn't let me go so I talked to her and she couldn't really help me so I went to my hot mail account and I told Anne (my online teacher) that I couldn't make it and I would watch the recordings. I went into the kitchen and I did some schoolwork. That is pretty much it besides writing in here on my bed with my Yorkie Shire dog named Reggie. I think I should attempt cleaning my room.(it is a very small room so I clean it everyday) So ta ta for now will write again tomorrow :)
