The Day Before The Big Day

Today is the day before he big day. I am all practiced up. Lets just hope I don't make a mistake. If I did the people wouldn't even notice. I haven't tried on my dress yet but I think well HOPE it will fit.

It has rained all weekend... That means all muddy and gross. The front yard is molded with all our foot prints even dog prints. The road is all mucky. We might even have Jesse ( my older brother) drive us out.

I'm going to make some buns. Every morning I am supposed to bake some buns and maybe I can take a few bits of dough to make cheese straws. It is really good. It is also good with some soup. it is kinda like sesame sticks.

My sister is in Grand Prairie tree planting. Well she is waiting to because they got snowed in. I am so close of being done schoolwork its not even funny. I need one page of social studies and a few pages of science.

I am finishing up my french report. When I get it done I will try to post it on this blog. Speaking of trying posting, do anyone of you know how to upload a video. I tried last time but it was saying it was uploading but I had it for 3 or 4 hours and it never worked...

Anyways I am going to go finish up my french fashion assignment...

Almost The Weekend...

It is almost the weekend. We are throwing a birthday party for Stephanie ( my brothers wife so that would be my sister in law.) on Sunday. Yesterday I went to town with Dad and Tyrell because Mom was to tired to go to town. I went to sewing and I am making a pink hat and I love it. Eileen ( my sewing teacher) was supposed to wash the material for my dress but she had a long weekend and usually she washes stuff on Friday but it was a holiday.

I continued on my hat and I pinned and cut out the pattern. I put some batting on and ironing... It can be quite fun to be honest. Anyways all I have to do is sew them back on and then hopefully I can start on my summer/spring dress. After sewing I went and I was going to buy some rag scissors because the normal scissors are so hard to clip because you have to clip 5 times to have it clipped.

I forgot to bring my purse in and so then I went into the truck. I saw my Uncle Marvin and that was wonderful to see him. He is going to stay for 2 and a half weeks I think. When I bought the scissors it nearly killed me... 30.00 dollars. Thank goodness I am a sewing student because I got 10 percent off.

I can't wait till I get home and use the EXPENSIVE scissors. Later we went to Walmart to buy some ink because Mom is printing off some schoolwork for us kids. Since we were in the electronics section we were looking for a nice old movie to watch tonight. I found the very very last Walton season... well it isn't a season it is a movie collection.

When we arrived home we put all our groceries and put it away and got all settled in. I quickly went and fed the cats because we ran out of cat food and they don't like the dog food we we HAD to buy some cat food. I spent some time with the horses and then I went inside to have some supper. Mom made some eggs on toast with beef sausages.

We watched the Waltons and then we went to bed...

Today...

I did schoolwork for a very long time this morning. I did a science project and it was soooo disgusting. I went outside and I got some clay out of the ground and then Mom put some water and I put my hand in the mud and then had to mush it up to soft clay. I hate to say this but I kinda sounded like a city girl because I asked Mom if this would wreck my skin and would it hurt my finger nail and she said its okay.

After my science I went and had to wash my hands in a mud puddle. It was sooo COLD I almost died. I washed my hands inside because Mom wanted me to rinse my hands outside. I did another page in science then went outside and I had fun with the horses. I brush them out and sometimes I ride Chico and teach him on the ground all instructions so then when I am up on him he knows exactly what I mean.

I played with with Tyrell in Darcy's camper for a bit and Jesse came here for some supper and now we are just visiting... I am going to have some rice ;)

Just us kids

Its just us kids here with Megan. Dad and Mom had to go to town and she left us with our older sister. I finished all my chores she asked me to do and all the schoolwork I have to do is English and Math and then I am all done schoolwork.


It is very windy outside. This morning Megan was telling us how we should buy a kite because its such good weather. Yesterday we had a tiny little snow blizzard. Can you believe it was snowing yesterday!!!???



I am so sore from riding Moniet I don't think I will go riding today.... Lets just see how it goes shall we. Megan is making Banana Cake right now and Tyrell is outside playing with his dogs. This is going to be a very short entry so maybe tonight I will write longer one.

A Start Of A New Weekend

Today is a start of a new weekend, well yesterday was. I am still at Alise's doing schoolwork. Yesterday we did schoolwork and then we played on our computers till our bedtime. We didn't finish our schoolwork till around 4:00. I don't know how long I am staying but I can imagine that I am going to stay here till Wednesday.

I do not have the day planned yet besides doing schoolwork. We will see how the day will unfold. Alise and I are going to do schoolwork, play on our computers, and we are hoping and seeing if we are going to finish "The Titanic". Oh did I tell you while I was having my breakfast with Alise, Debbie ( Alise's mom and my sister in-law) said that last night she maid some rolls.

For people who don't know what rolls are I will tell you. It is sushi. I love sushi, Last summer or whatever season it was I ate a whole roll of sushi!! I am such a little bird ( because I am such a SLOW eater and I eat hardly anything) and a roll is about a foot and a half long!!! Alise and I were daring each other dipping with the sushi and eating it.

I am going to do schoolwork now so tata.

Science For Today

Today I woke up on a average day. I had some breakfast and straight to school work. I finished my science and scanned and sent it to my teacher. Today we are working with a microscope and we are going to study what the blood looks like under the microscope. We need the blood so we had to prick our selves with a pin. That's right pricking yourself with a pin.







I was so nervous doing it I was about to chicken out. Megan got a tack and was starting to attack me to get blood on the slides to see it. Before we did that we did a report of writing down all the information. When it came to stabbing I chickened out. Mom had to do it for me she told me it won't hurt.







Mom pinched my end of my finger and said that the nurses used to do it to her when she was pregnant. When she did me it hurt well I shouldn't say it hurt hurt but it felt like she pinched me. When I looked through it, it looked so different and you would think you were color blind if you did look at it. It was kinda like gold and little bugs were around and of course I saw my plasma.







Next it was Tyrell. His looked way different then mine his looked like it was darker. Next it was Emerson. He was scared of doing it and finally he did a little poke but no blood. Mom poked it again and a little bit of blood came out and then Mom gave up. I went over there and I squeezed it so hard that lots of blood came. Mom focused it for Emerson and he saw it and it looked so different that I don't think I can explain.







Megan wanted to do hers so she pricked her self and she couldn't get the light on and focus it. I got my rechargeable batteries and I replaced them and then it was working like really.I saw it was straight yellow. Us kids want Mom to prick her blood but she said no. I personally think she is tired of it because she had 5 kids and that means 5 pricks.
